Janssen Performance Horses moved! We are now building a new barn & arena at our farm in Rush City, MN. We will be posting photos of the progress -- stop out, we'd love to see you!

Ranch highlights:

• 80 acres
• Pastured for rotational grazing and supports strong cattle program
• Outdoor amenities include:
• 90’x125’ outdoor cutting pen with extensive attached cattle pens
• 125’ x 250’ outdoor arena/sliding track
• Round pen
• Nearly 2 miles of private wooded trails

New Arena/Stable Amenities for horses:

• Large (10’ x 12’) premium southern yellow pine stalls.
• Bright, light and open atmosphere: tall (16’) ceilings and each exterior stall has its own window.
• Professional air exchange system
• Automatic waterers in each stall
• Wash stall
• 80 total acres allows for construction of grass based turnouts for show horses (completed spring 2010)
• High quality nutrition program anchored by Purina feeds and home grown alfalfa hay. Nearly all of our hay comes from our own acreage or within 2 miles of our facility.

• Arena and stable are both fully insulated and heated.
• Designed for comfort (of both horse and human) and aesthetics:
• Stable and arena lined with tongue & groove southern yellow pine
• Lounge area with french door access to indoor patio in arena and outdoor covered patio
